TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please be reminded of the following:
- All bookings made outside of 42 days prior to departure must be guaranteed with a minimum deposit of $200.00 per person non-refundable. Payment must be received no later than 7 days after the booking is made and final payment for these files must be received 42 days prior to departure.

All bookings made within 42 days of departure must be guaranteed with full payment, which must be received in our office no later than 7 days after the booking is made. All cancellations are subject to the following penalties:

All changes are subject to a penalty amount presented on the information table below plus any applicable fare increase.

- Name changes are not permitted.
Payment policy:
- G.G. TOURS will only accept a fax copy of payment for bookings made within 7 days of departure.
- For bookings made outside 7 days of departure, full payment must be received in our office in order to release any tickets, including office pick-ups.
Credit Card policy:
- Visa, Master Card and American Express are the only cards accepted by our office. In order to release tickets, a signed authorization must be received from the cardholder in our office by fax, email or mail (ICS).
- Please note that any full payment over and above our published gross will be subject to a 3% service fee and may not exceed 20% of the gross.
- A $25.00 service charge will be administered for all third party cards regardless of relationship with the cardholder.
Any failure to meet the above requirements may result in cancellation of your booking without notice.
